Very good condition, but not quite excellent due to several minor chips, scratches, and dings.  This one is a reissue for Sound City Japan.  I'm uncertain on the date, but on the Omeg pots it reads "Made in UK 95".  I assume the "95" refers to the year 1995.  If it is a funky 2-digit code for year/month or year/week, then it might be 1995 or 1999 or perhaps 1989.  I've not found a definitive answer on the Omeg pot dating or exactly when the reissues were made for Sound City Japan.  1995 would be about right for the early reissues, but it could be later in the 90's.  Has BC184LC transistors.  Regardless of the details, these are killer tremolos for that heavy chop.  I think it is the one used on "Boulevard of Broken Dreams".  It nails that sound.
