Minty, like-new condition. A few minor scratches on bottom. I haven't figured out the dating and serial numbers. I bought the pedal directly from Butler on eBay on 2/8/2009. I received an email from Butler that same day saying he would be building it in the next 7-10 days. Inside the pedal are initials and "2-9". On the back cover he signed the pedal (sort of etched into the metal). I would interpret the serial number as being from 2008, but I could easily be wrong about that, especially since he was going to build it for me in 2009. Either way, I think that this is a relatively early version of that pedal, but again, I could be wrong. I was adding the bias mod, so maybe he added that to a pedal already built without it.
I don't remember what type of tube it came with. I know I tried several different tubes from my stash. Right now it has an older JJ ECC82 in it.
