Very good condition with a few paint chips.  It can be identified as v1 by the "SUSTAIN.T" label, which became "DISTORTION" or "DIST" in later models.  Most people don't know that this is the exact same pedal (just in a different case) as the beloved orange Ibanez OD-850 v1.  See a little more info about that in Useful Information About Old Ibanez and Maxon Pedals.  Instead of paying big bucks for the Ibanez version, you can get the identical circuit and sound in the Maxon for much less.  When I purchased this pedal, it did not work.  One of the plastic jacks was broken.  I replaced the jack and it works fine.
