Good condition, but almost all of the print has rubbed off. Some surface scratches. One battery cover screw missing and the other one is probably not original. The switch is scratchy when you switch it, and a little touchy. Probably needs a shot of switch cleaner.
Reading the info at the links below leads me to conclude this is a Thomas Organ v806. The switch has only two positions, On and Off. This one has the case screws in a different position and a slightly different 1/4" jack than the one in the v806 picture. I think the ones in the pictures are the JMI version? I saw a picture of a VOX Bass Booster made by Thomas Organ. It has the case screws in the same place as this one does, another clue that it is probably the Thomas Organ version. If you hold it in the right light at the right angle, you can faintly see the "VOX" lettering. I can't see any of the other lettering, though. This is my best effort to identify this pedal and I could be wrong, so purchase with caution knowing I could have mis-identified which version of Treble Booster it may be.
