Excellent, near-new condition.  I believe there was a white plastic switch cover that is missing.  I'm sure there are modern replacements available, but I only have black and red ones.  This is about the simplest effect ever - only an on/off switch, although there is an internal trim pot for adjustment.  The original Made in the USA Mutron version (like this one) is apparently *the* legendary version that people want.  Later UK and Asian models and re-issues can apparently be pretty bad, if you believe the reviews.  I find it a bit difficult to find definitive information about the different versions, but the components and build in this "pedal" look correct for the US original.
